1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the php63 platform — including all pages, features, games, and betting services available at php63.id — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all registered members and visitors of the platform. 2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration and Security

Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

php63 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, and local bank transfers in Philippine pesos (PHP). All transactions are processed in PHP, and any currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the account holder. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply andare displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account dashboard. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the platform, with VIP members receiving priority processing. php63 does not accept payments from third-party accounts — all deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Any attempt to deposit funds from an account belonging to another person may result in the suspension of your account pending investigation. If a deposit is made in error, you must contact support as soon as possible; php63 cannot guarantee the recovery of funds once a transaction has been completed and confirmed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers available on php63 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer on the Promotion page. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and any other conditions attached to that specific offer. In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a bet or game, php63 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts. Bets placed on events that have already started or concluded — due to a display error or data feed delay — may be voided at php63's discretion. Players must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to place bets or interact with games on the platform. Any evidence of such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances. php63's decisions on all betting disputes are final and binding.

Unauthorised use of php63's intellectual property may result in legal action. 9. Limitation of Liability

Players access and use the platform at their own risk. php63's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Closure and Termination

You may request the closure of your php63 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met. php63 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity, php63 may freeze account funds pending investigation and report the matter to the relevant authorities. 11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations serving the Philippines market. By using the platform, you consent to this governing law and jurisdiction.
